This company (its just one guy actually) has continually bombarded Craigslist and Kijiji advertising for a position under a variety of titles i.e. Recruiter, HR Assistant, Staffing Coordinator, Administrative Assistant etc.

The job is actually a reception job, and when you mention HR he says "ah, you are looking for Corporate Hr" - I don't know what other type of HR there is.

But even worse, ask about pay and he simply cannot give you a straight answer. Basically you are supposed to work for him without pay for 3months, at which point you may start getting paid IF you get recruitment leads and seal the deals.

He sometimes calls this position 'Unpaid Co-Op with Financial compensation'...huh?
There is no way any accredited educational institution would approve this position as Co-Op for any of their students.

To put it simply, this guy is out to exploit vulnerable students and graduates who are desperate for a job. Not to mention being a nuisance on job boards and wasting people's time. Stay away, far far away!
