I too recieved a letter in the mail along with check for $965.00. As instructed by Michelle my assignment coordinator I deposited the check into my account. They released $100.00 and held the rest until the check cleared the bank. When the check cleared I started shopping.
A week later I found out that the check was declined for payment and my account was over drawn, plus I was charged overdraft fees. Now I have no money because the bank is holding my work checks until I have paid off this debt to the bank. I now work to pay off the bank and my bills pile high and have no way of paying them.
Ihave contacted Michelle from A.S.C. Customer Service & Survey and was told that they would be sending me a cashiers check for my loses. That has taken two days to get any response out of them. When I do call they don't answer their phones during bussiness hours how convient!!!
I'm at a lose, I have a job but no money and noone wants to help me!!! somebody please help me
