RIP OFF LOTTERY

I received a check in the amount of amount of $3439 from CT Survery & Lottery stating that i had won $57370 through their system. i was even produced with a reference number for my wininngs and if i did not claim my winnings within a specific time they would hand it over to charity.

they enclosed a cheque to the value of $3439 stating that it is the clearing costs which has come off from my winnings.

i then even went to the bank and opened up a special usd account and i was told to wait 4 weeks for clearance on the check.

in the meantime i was told to contact todd wells 1 902 412 9391 to register my claim. i contact todd and told him that i had to wait for clearance on the check and he told me to send a money gram in that amount when the check cleared. The check did not clear.

he apologized and told me he would send me a check for half that, in the amount of $1898.34 and to call him once it cleared. i deposited the check and the bank released the funds. i did a money gram through the bank deducting, as instructed by the Mr. Wells the amount the bank charged me to send the money gram. The money gram was sent to mr. wells in the anount of $1810.

a couple of days later i received a call from my bank that the check had been rerurned. i contacted them and they sent me another check in the same amount. i deposited the second check and i just received a call from the bank that this check has been returned due to non-sufficient funds as well.

i am now overdrawn this amount. help! how can i get this money back?
