We recieved a check and letter in the mail saying "Congratulations We are happy to inform you of our Prize Winners International programs held on the 20th of September 2006. Your name was attached to serial number 3772-554 drew lucky numbers 2-7-14-18-31-45 which consequently won in the 2ND category. You have therefore been approved the winner for a lump sum payout of Thirty Three Thousand Dollars ($33, 000.00 Dollars)."...
Other references are made in the letter to NDBBS, keep away from publicity, claim agent Mr. Mark Anthony, and paying some tax charges. They give you five days to claim your prize.

I checked this out online and found a number of other reports that showed great similarity. The check looks good and has the company logo of Luzenac America INC. It also has Chase Manhattan Bank, Delaware typed on it. Watch out for Fraud!
