Bell Expressview
Ripoff outright lied tricked me cost me money!

I phoned about my cell phone, and they talked me into getting Bell Expressview, which was fine because the promotion I was promised was all good. The promotion I was told was for free rental of thier recieving boxes for 24 months, and that the contract could not change for 24 months, so I told them I wanted 4, since they were free for 24 months. This call was on January 31st., and it was hooked up February 6th.

I was told I would also have $100.00 worth of free movies. What they neglected to tell me was, that you could get just 2 a month, this is after renting many in a month. I recieved my first bill near the end of February and noticed I was billed for the rental of the boxes! I called to ask them to go over my bill with me, and found out that, the promotion I was told was wrong, that, that promotion ended December 31st!
After speaking with the supervisor, I was offered 30 bucks off my next bill, nooooo where near the amount I am out!

I would have never went for their new promotion wich is free rental for 10 months! especially getting 4 recievers. I would have just stayed with Cable, Im so sorry I didn"t now! So basically, you can be told anything to get you to sighn up, then they try to tell you it was a misunderstanding or you heard it wrong etc.!

The rental for the 4 boxes is an extra 10$ a month!
