J.D. Marvel Products rip-off scam

I ordered a clearvue super booster mini-dish from them in October last year and finally got the product in february, after three months and after many efforts and attempts. The dish doesn't work as it should be. I want a refund from them. The problem is, I know it will be impossible due to the fact that they cannot be contacted.

The phone is always busy, e-mail and letter are never responded. I don't what to do in order to get my money back? I will like to see this company on the new one day and their scam expose. Please help.
