J.D. Marvel Products Inc ripoff Hawkesbury

On Sept 14/02 I ordered two purchases from the J.D. Marvel Products Inc. A Clearvue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna ($29.99) and a Krypton Beam Light Bar ($19.95).

I included my cheque for $66.33 and mailed the order. Upon receiving my cancelled cheques this month (October 18th/02) I found that J.D. Marvel Products Inc had cashed my cheque on Sept 25/02.

As of this date (oct 18/02) I have not received the articles, nor have I rec'd notification that they have been shipped to me.

Upon trying to locate them over the internet I came across the reports on the problems that other consummers have had with this company.

I could not locate a phone number or e-mail address for them, but on checking your website did find it indicated on other complaints from consummers, so will make the effort to locate them once again, but it looks like other consummers have not had any success.

I find it odd that they have two identical address's but one located in Canada, and one in the USA, but same mail box numbers etc. Very suspicious.
