J.D. Marvel Products Inc CONSUMER FRAUD RIPOFFS They cash cheques but you don't receive product

I ordered the ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna in June 2002. I sent a cheque for it with the order. I haven't received anything but broken promises and their updated catalogues.

This is now the end of October 2002. I tried to call the telephone number in the advertisement, but after being on hold for approx 5 min. they told me to call back another time and disconnected the call. I tried again later and got the same thing.

I sent them an email telling them that their customer service sucked and asked why they cashed my cheque but I haven't heard a word from them. Shortly thereafter I received a postcard in the mail telling me that this product was on backorder and was coming in in Sept. I received another card telling me it would be in in Oct.

I have received their catalogue twice but I haven't received the product that I ordered in June. I haven't heard anything since. As if I'm going to buy anything else from them.
