Ordered Fabulous Footstool Organizer on Nov.26, 2002. They cashed cheque on Nov. 28, 2002. Never received merchandise.

Tried calling but line always busy. Through friends in Hawkesbury, finally got an address in Poointe Claire, Quebec.. Went to address but when we got there it was another company.
