Ordered 2 pair of mocassin slippers in October. Check was cashed October 30, 2002, but still have no merchandise.

Have tried numerous times to call but line is always busy. I'm going to also e mail them. The check was for only $16.95, but it is the principle and $16.00 is $16.00.
