J.D. Marvel Inc ripoff I ordered 3 indoor mini dishes in May 2002 Hawkesbury

May 15, 2002 I ordered 3 mini dishes from JD Marvel Inc.$47.85.

as of yet I have not received them nor heard from the company but they immediately cashed my check. Today I contacted them by phone about my merchandise and it was we sent you a notice about back ordered, never received.
Requested a refund and was told it would be another 4 to 6 weeks, which is totally unacceptable. Asked to speak with supervisor, can't tranfer calls, but they can be monitored if you make an order.
