False advertising/poor service

DO NOT GO TO BABYVIEW IN PICKERING. We had the absolute worst experience during a "gender determination" ultrasound. They market themselves as a "3D/4D" clinic, and we paid $113 for a 3D ultrasound, but in reality what you get is a 2D ultrasound that you can get from any doctor for free. There webpage is very misleading and amounts to false advertising.

The owner and sonographer, Cheryl Gerelus, came late to the appointment, was rude, uncaring, unprofessional and aggressive, and rushed us through an appointment that lasted literally four minutes (including the actual ultrasound). My 5 1/2 month pregnant wife cried all the way home from the appointment. What should have been an unforgettable experience, ended up being an absolute nightmare.

IF YOU WANT TO GET A 3D ULTRASOUND, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO BABYVIEW. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.
