Paid the fees and got no phone calls

Went to burlington with my baby boy and when we walked in the woman behind the desk slammed her hand down really hard on the desk and then said it was great how he didn't cry thats the type of babies people are looking for... in total I paid around $800.00 and never recieved a call or anything she said I was commited for a year with my contract and the money was non refundable..she only kept the one picture I had given her and never got his pictures done or called EVER!
