Ripoff! Beware SCAM! Vidoes very poor Quality"Boot legged". They don't return phone/e-mail contact

Beware of DVDavenue. TV. Website states they sell only high quality products. I purchased a vidoe series which is clearly of poor quality and unwatchable. Several messages left concerning a refund of this product along with e-mails because website states to not return items until a return confirmation # is given to you. Impossible to get anyone to communicate to you from this company. I have since disputed this with my credit card company and will be sending them evidence to back my claim. Don't purchase from this company!!
