Oordered the DVD complete series of Beuaty and the Beast. Got poor copy 1st disc sticking after 2 mins. Asked for a refund followed return instructions. Heard nothing since. Won't respond to emails

Ordered complete new series of Beauty and the Beast. Got poor quality and faulty set.

Asked for refund. Was told it was within time and was given address and return instructions told not to use Fedex or UPS.

Sent items back and since then have heard nothing. They do not reply to my emails.

Not happy at all.
