Ad quality dvd wont refund my money

Ordered the newhart series. Recieved it from China. Pirated Copies! Impression I got was they were an american based co. Payed extra postage for customs. When I asked for a refund they said they couldnt refund my money due to a technical issue on their end. Advised me to go threw my Credit card Company and ask for a refund. Credit card Co. cant help me unless I didnt recieve the product. After serveral emails I still couldnt get a refund for the pirated dvd's. You can see the comedy channel logo on every disc. Cant hear the disc the sound is so low. Plastic cases were broken on delivery and had 60 discs shoved it 2 cases! Had I wanted copies Id have done so at home on my own recorder! No more contact from them and web page is shut down... help from anyone... Please???
