Wrong product, pirated dvd's!

I ordered dvd's and received the wrong dvds in a pirated format. The dvds actually had the t v stations logo in the lower right hand corner of the screen the tv station puts in during the broadcast! They were terrible quality and was made from t.v. broadcast!! At least they edited the commercials out! The number on the credit card statement was disconnected and the other 2 "customer service numbers were generic answering machines!! They have a slick web site but these appear to be terrible quality pirated copies.
