Ought extended warranty on rca hdtv only to find out that the part is back-ordered and not expected for 4 weeks maybe... the part which is a color wheel should be commonly used on these tv's..whe are getting the run-around from the brick... they are passing the buck if i might say.
what is the point on having an extended warranty? if parts are not available. INV010864W05824001
