Ripoff- 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card from a company I never heard of

I have found 3 unauthorized charges to MEDS4 MAILINC between June 1st and 3rd. I had never heard of this company before finding these charges on my credit card. There is no contact information provided. Below is a breakdown of the charges I found on my card.

I have spent close to 3 weeks trying to find an address or phone # but all i can find is the Certificate of Amalgamation in the Consumer & Corporate Affairs of Manatoba.

The amalgamating corporations are MEDS4 MAIL INC and 3772641 Manatoba ltd. There is the adrees listed with this information. I have disputed the charges.
