Big Sold items as authentic, but were indeed very poorly made replicas. Fraudeulent sales! Ripoff

I order 10 "AUTHENTIC" Juicy Couture Royalty sets after several contacts with company and them verifying that the items I would be purchasing were in deed 100% Authentic. I made payment through an ebay store named called Idea store and paid through paypal. Upon arrival of merchandise, to say to my great dismay these items were in deed not Authentic as promised. 5 out of the 10 sets have very visible sewing defects and cuts. The tags of the Juicy sets say Hanes Wear on the tag and the J zipper pulls are much bigger then Authentic set.

I wrote to this company immediately after receiving merchandise with a response of you basically out of luck and next time I should just make my purchases from a department store. They never offered any sort of refund or anything for that matter. They even overcharged me for shipping saying it was a computer mistake, but never credited my account. I continued to write to this company on several occasions with absolutely no responses. I even wrote the company Idea Store with no responses as well.

I am at a lost now and out almost $1000.00 for merchandise I can't even sell as knock offs. I wouldn't sell thme they way they look... I could not live with myself if I willing sold these to a buyer they are that bad. I can only use them for rags.

Please future buyers don't fall in the same trap I did... do not trust them company Big Box Warehouse at all... they are dishonest people who are ripping off innocent people as myself.
