Ripoff Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card Without any contact info to cancel

I noticed a $1 charge to MEDS4MailINC on my credit card statement. I have searched the web to try to find an address or phone number. The only thing I found was a Certificate of Amalgamation in the consumer & corporate Affairs of Manitoba.

The amalgamating corporations are Meds 4 mail inc and 3772641 manitoba ltd. There is the address I listed in this report. I have disputed the charge... it may seem silly, but if they find that they get $1, I am afraid they will try for more.
