Charged my credit card and did not send product

Ordered two collars from Dave Youngman, PRESIDENT of Auroralites. I ordered these collars in the fall of last year 2007. Dave Youngman had promised that he will send me the two collars in the next few weeks. In November Mr. Youngman had charged my credit card and never sent the two collars. It is now October 2008 and I still haven't received them. This man is dishonest and takes advantage of consumers. I will never order from this man again!!! I don't want others to end up like I did.
