Fin All Roof Installation and Sales

We met the Sales Representative at a local home show in 2000. We have a large brick mansion in the historic district of our community. They were very interested in selling us their product. We met with the rep and decided to purchase the roof. Prior to the installation we discussed the future repairs needed to one of our two chimneys. The sales rep. reassured us that maintanence was covered under the 75 year warrenty and that service to remove a section of the roof for future repairs to the chimney could be arranged. We are now at the point where we need to repair the chimney and the company is refusing to respond to our requests.

We have had two conversations with the office in Halifax and since that time we only get an answering machine. We are at a point where the old chimney is about to fall which could cause death or substancially damage our historic home. We strongly urge anyone considering this product not to do it. We are now faced with possible law suit for the removal of the roof and purchase of a another roof surface.

We also made the mistake of purchasing two more roofs in 2005 on our abutting investment property. We need help in this matter and would appreciate partnering with anyother Ripped Off customers.
