International Exteriors Ltd, Atla, Unable to obtain repair work to damaged roof that has a lifetime warranty

We had a beautiful roof installed on our home in 1997. For the first 9 years we did not have any problems other than more snow build up than was promised by the saleman.
In the spring of 2007 we notices that some of the tiles were lifting so we contacted the company. They came with 3 months and repaired the damage. It took a little longer that I expected but atleast they did come and repair the damage.

In the spring of 2008 we had a lot of tiles falling off of the roof and some even blew off and landed in our front yard. In April we contacted the company and left a message. We received a phone call that someone would be here to repair the damage within two weeks. We have been calling the company every three to four weeks and sometimes we receive a call back and sometimes we do not. The answer we always receive is that someone will be here within two weeks.

It is now August and our roof is still damaged. We spent a huge amount of money on this roof and now we may be forced to remove it ourselves and have it replaced. This company does not stand behind their product. If anyone out there has received repair/warranty work successfully please let us know.
