Brian Johnson Attempted Fraud

Also received notification from Starpack Services, Inc. with an enclosed check in the amount of $4, 800. Notice stated that my name had been selected from a random computer data base and that I had won $250, 000. The letter advised me to call a Mr. Brian Johnson (claim agent) prior to cashing that check.

I did not call because I am familiar with sort of scam. However, the letter could be very convincing to those who have never heard of this type of scam before.
