Scam Prize Winning Payout Sweepstakes Association of North America $4, 620 Saint John, New Brunswick

I received a check and letter in the mail that, I think, are the same as a scam that's already been reported (the Standard Trust Inc., Prize winning payout, $4, 620 check scam). It looks like it was mailed from Canada because I see 'www.canadapost.ca' and 'www.postescanada.ca', as well as a Canadian (96) stamp on the envelope... The postal marking on the addresser area is '080530 22:31 (time of mailing?) V6B 3A0 080. (note- all the zeroes kind of look like D's)
