Tried to scam me out of $4, 750.00

I received a letter in the mail letting me know my name was drawn for a USA Mega drawing. The letter stated all I had to do was call my claims agent, Brian Davis, and claim my check. After that all I had to do was cash the enclosed check for 4750.00 to cover the taxes for my grand prize of 450, 000.00. Thinking this was too good to be true I went online to validate this information and thats when I came across this website that alerted me to this scam. The same claim agent, Brian Davis, was mentioned in another scam report with almost the same premise. It is a shame that people do these things, especially to the elderly and down-troddened who think their lives have just changed for the better. I sincerely hope these people get whats coming to them.
