Never Recieved merchandise Ontario CanadaOntario

I ordered 2 Dvd's totalling $129.00. I never recieved an email after ordering of confirmation. But lucky enough I saved invoice when I placed the order. The Items never arrived as promised and I sent several email's but they never got back to me, I was surprised as they claim to have a staff that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I really hope they get caugh as I see after I ordered that this is a scam.. Please don't get involved with this company.
