I NEVER recieved my order! They are taking money and pulling a internet scam! Ripoff

I found an online site that seemed to have just what I was looking for as a birthday gift. I placed the order and recieved an order confirmation via email and everything seemed fine. As time went by, however, I realized that it was just a scam and I would never recieve my order. I tried to contact the "company" by phone many times only for it to go directly to voicemail and the mailbox was always full making impossible to leave a message. I also tried to contact them through email inquiries and I forwarded my confirmation order email. I never got any response and I never recieved my order. I am in shock that they are able to get away with this and the site is still up and running! I am very disgusted and I just hope I can spare others of the same mistake I made.
