BEWARE!!! DO NOT CASH THE CHECK!!

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I got a letter and a check in the mail today from the company above. The check was for $4880 and wanted me to deposit the check into my bank account, secret shop at various stores and wire money through western union and money gram. I have to admit that I THOUGHT about it. Then I came back down from the clouds and decided to call the number.

I was greeted by a woman and I told her that I got the letter and I wanted to know why I was selected and reassured it wasnt a scam. All she kept saying was that it wasnt a scam. I told her that its not everyday you get a check this big in the mail and I'm still not sure WHY I was chosen. She said "well did you recently apply for a job? " I told her yes but not for mystery shopping.

Next thing I know I was transferred to a recording staing that I needed to leave a message at the tone. I then logged on to the internet and googled the company... SCAM!! I hope everyone does the same thing I did and researches 'strange' things they make get in the mail. Listen, money does NOT get thrown in your lap..it just doesn't. I hope all involved in this scam get what they deserve, because its not right to do this to people!
