, Roy Martin, Phil Bourjeaurd Promised $2500 min per month paid $0, Use people to promote product for free then call and close the deal

I saw an ad in the paper that said water testers $22/h. I went to the interview the next day and Roy Martin told me I would make a min $2500 per month or $500 per unit which ever was higher. I was working at a Honda dealership not happy, not making $2500 per month only about $100 per car sold. I told him I would have to give notice, he said I was needed right away, do I want to make $100 a car or a min $2500 per month? So because of his assurances I left Honda.

I was in training for about a week before he handed out the sales contract which stated that I must complete 80 water tests to qualify for the Salery, i approached him before signing and he assured me it was easy, only 4 a day. A min 60 from the office and max 20 from my refferals. So with Roy's assurances I signed the contract. What else could I do i had already left my last job.

We finished Training and in the field doing water tests in peoples homes and promoting the Glacier distiller. In my first two weeks I sold 2 units, on 12 month deffered payments and now my commission was just over $100 per unit like what I was paid at Honda. I was later told both orders cancelled???

Going into my third week I was quite upset with Roy and Glacier Water. I sold two units no where near the $500 commission he promised. They had both cancelled, and I was at less that 30 tests provided by Glacier. But I had 12 of my own refferals done out of 20. So I asked Roy what happens when we don't have 80 tests at the end of the month? You have only provided me with 24 and I only have a week left, you promised me 4 leads a day and I'm getting an average less than 2 quality leads a day the others are one leggers or no shows or tell me to get out when they see I'm trying to sell them something because they were promised we were just testing thier water. Roy then told me if you don't have 80 tests done you better go and sell some more that don't cancel so you get paid something.

I was running broke and no money comming from the company, I told Roy I had no gas money and this was causing problems at home. I took the last week off work because I had no gas and I knew there was no way to compleate over 30 tests in 6 working days. Glacier could not even provide me with half of the 60 they promised I was not wasting anymore of my time or money.

The end of the month came with no money, I told Roy he has to pay me because he did not stand up to his end of the contract because he could ot provide enough tests. He said proove it, you signed a contract you didn't fullfill and you missed way too much work. I said i took the last week off with less than 30 of your leads he just replied proove it, and I need my kit back or you are paying for it.

I know I'm not the first person, or the last person this company will do this to, but if enough people are made aware they will not be able to get away with it. I feel I am owed the all money promised but I'm more concerned about this company hurting other hard working people on this scam they are running.

For all who have had a simallar experience with Glacier please come forward so we can stop this before its to late. I just glad I do not have kids that had to suffer, and feel there is no way Glacier should be able to get away with these lies so often.
