You get a letter saying you have won the itrish lottery and a check to cover the costs of tranferring the international money. In actuality you go cash the 2, 998.02 check and wire them thru western union the same amount back for lottery processing to begin. In essence, you cash a bad check, send them the money, you are responsible for the bad check and replacing the cash you sent to them.
