Ripoff sent check for $2890 and said I won $65, 000 I never cashed check thanks to this site

If you receive a check and a letter from Universal Lottery Promotions do not cash the check. Like stated from other members, the check is fraudulent. The letter I received states I won $65, 000 and the enclosed check can be used to help pay for fees. Once again, do not cash the check or you will be paying the amount back to the bank. You will be out the amount of the check.
