INtERNATiONal shopping sweepstakes winner scam

Received a note that says i won the international shopping sweepstakes lottery on january 28, 2009 then says i won the amount of 145, 000.00 as well as a check for 2, 475.00 (check looks 100% legit) in order to pay the taxes on my winnings. then letter then instructs me not to attempt to cash the check until i call the number and speak with NAtasha Woods since i will be sending her the tax payment via western union once i cash the check.
