Ontario International Shopping Sweepstakes Lottery Scam

Recieved a letter (in a plain white envelope, no return address) stating that I won the International Shopping Sweepstakes Lottery. Enclosed was a check for the amount of $ 4, 875.00 that was from my winnings to cover the tax on same winnings.

I was told do not cash the check, but first to contact a claim agent (Cynthia Davenport) at 1-647-835-7643
The tax amount due was $ 2, 875.00 so they could release the remainder of my winnings.

THE $2875.00 had to be sent by Western Union Wiring Facility. The letter was auto signed by a Mikail Swaltz, Promotion/claim Manager
