I was called on the phone by majestic benefits the guy told me his name was Chris Fuller he told me that i was denied by other creditcard companies and they would issue me a unsecured mastercard with a credit line of $5, 000. He told me that it would cost $299 because my credit was so bad. I gave him my info and he told me that customer service would call me back in 5 mins.

They called me back this guys name was Don Henderson and he gave me a verification# and gave me the phone# and address. I gave them permission to take money out on April 4, 2005. I called the company back on April 5 to see if they took the money out the answering service was automated and playing the same song over and over on a loop with a girl saying that all of our operaters are busy please hold until the next one is available.

Finally someone came on the line and asked for my phone# after about 2 seconds she told me that it would take 10 to 14 days for them to recieve word from my bank to make sure that the money was taken out.

Yesturday another credit card company called and told me that it sounded like I had been a victem of fraud. So I looked up majestic benefits on the web and sure enough I found your website. The thing is I looked up the name of the company that told me about the fraud and that company's name was on consumer complaints website also.

I talked to my bank and they told me that I have to call this company (majestic benefits) back and tell them I want my money back and they have 30 days to give it back. If they don't I have to file a report on this company.
