Ripoff 199.50 for secured credit card Ileperrot

I was called on the phone to purchase a credit card in oct 03 finally obtained a copy of check in jan 04 from bank called listed # same man answered # of times refused to help me called 4 other times same a$$ ho answered refused fefund decited to call today and a automated voice answered saying to submitt a letter in writting and hung up on me stated address so fast couldnt understand so i called netchex who are the processing company they told me that other people had the same problem netchex started to refund the $ 2 other people

NOW THERE IS NO $$$$$$$$$$$ left to refund since this 1ST transaction i have had over $300.00 disappear out of my account without knowledge had to call california from michigan to have 3 payments of 19.70 refunded to me
