Is a DISHONEST & fraudulent ripoff business that STOLE my MONEY

First Capital Consumer Group called my home one night and stated that I had been approved for a $2500 credit card limit and that all the applicable rules such as cash advances on the card, renting cars and hotels, etc. all I need to do was let them debit from my account a one time fee of $199 and they took my bank information and said that a manager would call to confirm my account information in 15 minutes. I agreed to let them debit my accounta and on 6/18 my account was debited and then I went out on the internet and say that they were frauds. I immediately called the number listed and someone answered the phone and did not even say the company's name and then proceeded to tell me that he didn't work there he was just answering the phones. i asked to speak to a manager and noone came to the phone, they even went as far as to put noise on the line and then hang up. I was furious but from then on noone answered the phone or returned my messages. They are a rip off and scam artists. They never even sent me anything in the mail, stole my money and gave me nothing.
