I was contacted in May by a representative of First Capitol Consumer advising me I could receive a $2000 MasterCard and a $1500 Visa card for only $199. Before I went any further I asked for his name, phone number of the company, the company name, and location. The representative was quick to provide the information giving the impression of a legitimate business. He continued to inform me that for $221.95 I would even be able to have cash withdrawal ability from both cards. After giving him my information for them to debit my bank account he said someone would call me back to confirm. Once that person called me back I reconfirmed the information I had about the company. Once my account was debited I called them back to confirm when I would receive my cards. This representative advised that I should have one no later than June 28. I have sense been unable to get in touch with anyone except the voicemail and have received nothing. I regret ever dealing with anyone from this company and have refuse to talk with any tele-marketers on the phone. This is what gives good businesses bad reputations. HenryTuscaloosa, Alabama
