Swipauction

Internet & Web / Online Scam

Today is 11/08/2010 it has been pproximately 3 months since i accidently hit the enter button while reading an advertisement for Swipauctions, which cost me $159.00 dollars us on my debt card. After realizing I had made a mmistake i immediately called the chat line and explained to them what I had done. I was told that the laws require I fill out a refund form, quickly downloaded this form and filled it out. On the next day I mailed the form, I was told on the chat line that it would take 28 days and to call back and I would be refunded my money. I actually waited more then 30 days before I made the phone call.

After making the phone call I was told that it woul now take another 12 to 15 days before I would receive my monies. As you may know I was not very happy with this new information. Once again I waited more then 3 weeks before calling upon calling I was told by Peter sa2225 that it would take another 3-6 days and I would have to call support@swipeauctions.com because they were having some financial problems but to not worry because all registration fees where not affected, but I would have to fill out another form.iously I was extremely upset, thus the reason for contacting you or anyone else I can contact to try and get my refund back, obviously I was not a very happy camper. Now it's not a matter of $159.00 it's a matter of principle. After making a copy of my chat with swipeauctions they had a send to space, so I filled in my e-mail address. After signing out i went to my e-mail only to find that the copies did not make it to my e-mail address.

I have read numerous complaints about swipeauctions, and I think they are definetly commiting fraud and getting very wealthy.

We paid $200 to place an ad to sell our car. At the end of the 60days, within 14 days you had to forward a form requesting the refund, by a notary public. We mailed this, was advised it wasn't notarized. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM
