an anti virus company claiming to be afflilated with microsoft and scaring me into believeing that my computer was in danger.

Complaint Rating:

paid by credit card 79.95 us for anti virus 2009 and for life, program not on my computer, has vanished along with my money. Really believed it was a microsoft connected company. The above is all I now know about them... What can I do

I try to phone the Company 12024369063 but phones are all ways busy, tel me please, What can I do??? to have my money back, please help, thank you.
