Purchased Norton Anti-virus on March 31/08. Order Number 773050249. Had to uninstall it on April 1/08 as the computer would not work. It would freeze and I would have to shut it down completely and start it up again and then it would freeze again. Please make arrangements to refund me in the amount of $35.58 that was charged to my credit card as it will not work with the virus installed..
