Renewal charged againts my will

I wrote two weeks before to billing@1and1.com to discontinue my packages, they never replied. I called two agents to make the request by phone. They told me it will be done. They stop my package the day AFTER the renewal date, charged my CC. I try to make a complaint to the billing supervisor, he told me to prove it and won't remburse me. NEVER do business with 1and1!!!
