Incompetent Fools Ripoff

I tried to purchase a pc from MDG Canada and thats where my nightmare began. I first spoke to a sales rep but she was too incompetant to help me pick a pc that I wanted. She didn't know anything about computers so she transfered me to a so called specialise. It took three days for him to call me back. I was glad to speak to him and picked out a Vision system with a free webcam, free printer, Free MP3 player, free upgrade of hard drive sata 250gig, free memory upgrade 1024mb and a free upgrade of a 19in lcd monitor. I said "Wow! All this free stuff and just for $2100. Where do I sign? " ( By the way, the last comment was sarcasum and a bit of humor.)

Rod the famous sales rep faxed me a quotation, a purchasing contract and a promissory note. The contract was not readable because of the fine print so I called him back for him to email me the documents. He said " No problem Claude, I will do that before I go out drinking tonight." I chuckled and said "No problem, just as long as you do it."

A week passed and still no email. I figured that he went on a drinking binge and called back to speak to another rep and I was refused to deal with another rep without speaking a manager. I said fine and he was to call me back. Another week passed and the incompetance continued.

I called back and told my sad story to another specialist sales rep and he took my account. What was funny here was that he wasn't a manager and that he faxed me the stuff and it was readable.

Mitch helped me out in a snap, except that when I faxed him the documents (which I signed) he didn't process the order like he confirmed. The payment wasn't put through till one week later. I had to refaxed everything to the finance manager, Omar. They put the payment through right away and asked me to email him the confirmation and that he would ship the pc out the same day. I was to have it at the end of the week.

The end of the week passed and still no computer. Now they have my money and I still don't have a pc. I have called atleast 20 times in the pass 2 weeks to speak to a manager and they never are there and never call back.
If you look up MDG on the net you will not find any phone numbers for their head office and if you want to speak to customer services, be ready to want at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Don't even try to speak to a manager because you waste your time like I did.
