"For the same price as the TDK"? For the record, the TDK is advertised on your web site at $99.00 AFTER mail-in rebate. Besides, if you didn't have the stock when I placed the order, then why did your web site accept my order in the first place? I ordered 3 TDK Mojo 256 MB MP3 players as Christmas gifts for my 3 daughters. Both I (and they) have heard of TDK (it's a well-established, reputable brand name), which is more than I can say for 'MACER' which, at best, is a sub-standard replacement for the product that I ordered. What is even more incredible is the fact that your company is still advertising the TDK Mojo 256 MP3 player for sale on its web site:

FYI the practice of engaging in 'Bait-and-Switch' tactics is illegal in Canada. Kindly cancel my order at no charge. I will purchase my daughters' Christmas gifts from a reputable firm.

For the same price as the tdk. 119.99 after $20 mail in rebate. So you're getting double the memory for the same price.
