Ripoff Unable to cancel account

I, like many others I'm sure, have subscribed to the www.freeadguru.com program as an affiliate. The problem is that it's impossible to cancel one's subscription.

The billing appears as "Carrefour des Achat" and a bank inquiry located them in Toronto, Ontario. The phone number I was given by the bank, 1 (416) 784-8198, is diconnected. I would appreciate receiving any contact information so I can stop this automatic billing.
