Ripoff Rebilled for one time ad several times New York Internet *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!

An order was placed on Dec 12, 2004 for $19.99. This was a one time order to try them and see if it worked. BIG mistake, it didn't work, only drained me more financially for 3 months.
Total amount even appears on print outs of billing as $19.99.

By the time I discovered they had rebilled me, Inetgiant had removed my user name and password from the system. I tried several times to reach them by phone. Several times the number had changed and then got a recording at 1-800-584-3954.

I sent them an email stating the ad was placed as a one time ad and not a reoccuring ad. I requested that the last two months billed to my credit card be credited back to it. I recieved an email back Feb 17, 2005 stating, "When you wish to cancel your recurring orders, you need to notify us by email at least 2 business days before the next billing date, so we have enough time to stop your billing.

This is exactly as it is stated in our Terms and Conditions which you have agreed to before ordering.

Your account is still active with username: JMXXX and we have stopped your billing now and you will not be billed anymore after it expires on 03/12/05.

SUPRISE??? They reinstated my account and username to work again. They automatically made my one time ad reoccuring.

I was about to give in, but I see that I'm not the only one that they are doing this to. These people are ouright thieves.

I have printouts of the billing and the email from them about the purchase just after making it.
