Dealfind Product has still not arrived!
Online coupon service- product not delivered

My order number is #121029-69663-001, and at the end of Oct '12 I ordered a $39 iPad-Compatible Leather Case with Bluetooth Keyboard. I was told that it would take 3-6 weeks to get to my house, and I have still not received it. The only option I had was to send an email to Dealfind, via their online complaints process, and 5 days later have still not received any contact from their office with regards to my purchase. I am very upset! I would like to know when I'll be receiving my purchase?
