Scam - take money for no services

Bought a 'deal' in May 2011. Have been trying to call to book an appointment ever since but no one returns my calls.

Dealfind has been no help and doesn't want to refund me.

Dealfind has scammed me on another deal as well for landscaping services - I have that complaint on here as well.

Dealfind is a scam. They take your money, you don't get the service or product you paid for and then they won't refund.

Anyone got any ideas as to how I can get my money back?
