Charging me $81.69 for tril

I ordered a free trial of whitening gel on 1/4/12 and it was shipped 1/6/12. I received it on 1/16/12.

On 1/18/12 they charged me $81.69 and today when I called to tell them they said my "trial" period was up. I insisted on some kind of refund so they agreed to $45.00.

I am paying $45.00 for a trial which was only supposed to cost me the shipping.

They do not care how long it took to get here.

I would appreciate if you would try to get the balance of $36.69 back for me.
